Rosie is the founder of Rosebud Pictures, an independent production company dedicated to bold, emotionally intelligent storytelling with wit, humanity and commercial appeal.

Rosie produced The Uninvited, a darkly comic drama starring Pedro Pascal, Walton Goggins, Elizabeth Reaser and Rufus Sewell, which premiered at SXSW before its worldwide release in 2025. She served as Executive Producer on Rabbit Trap, Bryn Chainey's acclaimed folk-horror film starring Dev Patel, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2025, and is currently in post-production on Trash TV, a psychological thriller from writer-director Danny Lee. Earlier projects include Snowshadow, a globe-spanning genre feature directed by Danny Huston.

Rosie recently worked with UN Women UK and Media Trust, producing charity film’s supporting campaigns to raise awareness around violence against women and girls.

She is a Patron of the Girls On Film podcast and community, supporting its mission to champion women in the film industry.
